Fast-Weigh Update - April 2023

Update Notes

We've released a number of new features and enhancements in our latest update for the Fast-Weigh Web Portal. You don't need to do anything to trigger the update; your Portal will update automatically.

AR & Payments

  • Self-pay for customers can now be disabled. Navigate to Resources > Customers and edit the Customer to make this change.
  • The Invoice Query screen now allows users to apply miscellaneous adjustments to open invoices.
  • Additionally, users can now reverse any previously applied adjustments on an open invoice.


Dispatch

Requests Table
  • The date entered for the Requests table will now be preserved when navigating elsewhere and returning to the page.
  • The New Request button will no longer display for users who do not have permissions to manage Dispatches.
     
Edit Requests Screen
  • The Edit Request Screen now has new Address fields that allow users to toggle between Delivery Info and Address when entering delivery information.
    Note: Address fields will automatically bring over any address previously entered on the Order.
  • A new Last Notified column has been added to the Haulers grid, displaying the date and time of the last SMS notification for individual Trucks.
  • On the Haulers grid, a new Print button has been added, allowing users to print all dispatches for a particular Hauler.
  • A new Resend button allows users to resend dispatches for all trucks on a given day.

 
Whiteboard
  • Pickup Location has been added for each Hauler on the Whiteboard.

 

Other Updates

  • The Tickets tab on the Inventory screen has been updated to sort outgoing and incoming tickets in descending order based on their ticket date, as opposed to the previous ascending order.
  • On the Edit Customer screen, the Credit Status options now include "Closed", which prevents these customers from being ticketed using the Fast-Weigh Ticketing scale application. This update also ensures that changing a customer's credit status to or from "Do Not Sell" will no longer affect the status of their orders.
  • Expanded Auditing to track more changes across the Web Portal.
  • Multiple dropdown menus updated to include type-to-search feature
