We will be releasing major updates to our Fast-Weigh Quotes and Dispatch modules over the weekend. You won't need to do anything to trigger the update; it will be applied to the Fast-Weigh Web Portal automatically.

Fast-Weigh Quotes: Update Details

NEW Quotes Dashboard

We have made significant enhancements to our Quotes module, which now includes a Quotes Dashboard that allows you to highlight customer sales and pending opportunities in the pipeline. In addition, you can now view sales by Salesperson and Customer or Prospect.

With a brand new customer and prospect Quote workflow, you can email quotes directly to customers and receive their response electronically. Using a simple digital form, your customers can easily Accept, Reject, and leave comments on a quote from any device. Additionally, this new module provides a method to track when Quotes are Sent, Viewed, Accepted and Rejected, along with tracking any notes or comments included by the customer when responding.

Additional enhancements to the Quotes module:

• Added two new Statuses to quotes: Bidding and Expired
• We now automatically set the Create Date to the date on which a quote is created
• Expired dates are automatically set based on Expiration date
• We can now automatically set the Expire Date based on the number of days set in your Portal Settings
• We now can support multiple quote forms with any styles you would like to utilize
• A new date range selector on the Quotes Dashboard grid has been added
• On the Quotes Dashboard, users can easily set date range to MTD (Month to Date), YTD (Year to Date), and QTD (Quarter to Date).

Fast-Weigh Dispatch: Update Details

We have retired our original Dispatching menu and renamed the newly-designed module to Dispatch. New features include:

• Better tracking of material requests and order fulfillment in real time
• Fulfillment tracking by Hauler and Truck
• New tracking for load status: Loaded, Empty, Picked Up, Delivered
• Requests Dashboard now includes shortcuts to view dispatches for Today, Tomorrow, and 7-Day
• New Truck table on Requests Dashboard provides Load Status, Direction of Travel, Speed, Driver, and more
• Live Tracking map now indicates Direction of Travel and includes current traffic and road closures
• New option to request specific Trucks and/or Haulers
• New “Update All Trucks” option applies new Request information to all trucks in the grid
• The ability to print or email Dispatch form to the hauling company email addresses of your choice. This includes detailed information and haul rates for each Request.
• In addition, we have updated our Fast-Weigh Desktop application to integrate fully with these new Fast-Weigh Dispatch features. The Desktop application will now automatically bring in corresponding Dispatch information when generating a load ticket so your scale load-out team can easily pre-populate the screen while ticketing
• The in-cab Dispatch Mobile App now enables truck tracking at 1-minute intervals
• Clocking in and out on the in-cab Dispatch Mobile App now allows user to switch drivers on the fly without needing to visit the Settings or Web Portal
