[RESOLVED] - Cloudflare has resolved the underlying service outage, and connectivity to our platform has been fully restored. All systems are currently operational.

[RESOLVED] At 7:45 PM ET our service monitoring tools alerted us of a database connection issues for some customer databases.

(RESOLVED) We are investigating an ongoing issue with system reports such as eTickets and Invoices returning an Error - 500. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Between approximately 5:30 and 6:30PM EST, Microsoft (our hosting provider) reported a DNS outage that affected Fast-Weigh servers.
