The Fast-Weigh Web Portal is fully operational following a service interruption this morning.

• Impact Time: 6:30 AM – 9:45 AM ET.
• Scope: This outage affected the Web Portal. The Scale Application continued to operate without issue, ensuring ticketing operations were not disrupted.

The Cause: The issue was caused by a major outage at Cloudflare, a critical infrastructure piece to a large number of websites across the globe. While this blocked access to the Portal, our Scale Application is designed to operate independently of these specific cloud services, allowing it to remain fully functional.

Prevention Plan: To ensure the Web Portal remains accessible during similar events, we are implementing an alternate domain scheme. In the event of a future Cloudflare outage, we will activate this alternate web address and route you to it immediately (ex: portal.fastweighalt.com). This will bypass Cloudflare entirely until their services can be restored.
