For customers using the Fast-Weigh Mobile Ticketing App for Android and iOS:

We've been made aware of an issue with the sync function, and our team is working on a resolution. Currently, the mobile app is unable to download new information from the Fast-Weigh Web Portal via sync. This does not impact the app's ability to ticket. You may continue ticketing while offline. Once the ability to sync is restored, your offline tickets can be backed up to the web portal. Please stand by as we work to resolve this issue.
