Fast-Weigh Web Portal: Update Details
NEW Fast-Weigh Email Service
We are incorporating a new in-house email service in order to provide better scalability and future email enhancements and features. This update will take place over the coming weeks, beginning with the Scheduled Reports emailing features. As a result of this change, recipients will receive emails from a fast-weigh.com email address (rather than a tacinsight.com address). If you have any questions about this change, please reach out to our Support team.
NEW Quotes Features
Multiple contact support has been added to the Distribution Tab on the Quote setup screen. This allows the user to send Quotes to multiple contacts and track whether a Quote has already been sent to specific contact.
User can now print a Quote for a specific Customer contact (custom Quote Report Format required)
NEW Invoice Breaks
Invoices can now be broken by Customer/Order/Product and Customer/Order/Location
NEW Validated lists added to Order UDFs
Order UDFs have been updated to handle validated lists

Ticket Entry
Ticket Entry now handles negative material quantities
Update applied to correct adjustment calculations
Drivers
Changing drivers now clears the SMS phone number properly, if applicable
Quotes
Fixed issue with being unable to Accept a copied Quote that had been previously Rejected

Fast-Weigh Desktop Ticketing App: Update Details
NEW Ticketing Location Profiles
Users now have the ability to save individual app configuration profiles for multiple Device IDs on a single installation of the Fast-Weigh Desktop app. Once Ticketing Location Profiles have been established, the user can toggle between these configurations as needed.
This feature can be used for multiple scenarios, including the use of multiple Ticketing Location Profiles at a single location, or to ticket for multiple Locations from a single PC
