Find the tickets you need to edit by querying them using the filters at the top of this screen. This is similar to the Ticket Query process.
Check the box(es) next to the ticket(s) you wish to edit, make changes to the Region, Order, Description, Product, or Ticket Date fields below, and then click Save.
NOTE:Job, Phase, and Cost Type are not required. There are only a few specific companies that use these fields on tickets, but you may use them for whatever additional information your company needs to add.
