Notifications: Let your customers know when you've ticketed on one of their orders

  • Your customers will not show up in the Notifications module until you have set up Customer roles for them under User Administration.
  • Once you've set up your customer(s), navigate to Administration >> Notifications


  • To turn on email notifications for any tickets run for their customer account, simply check the Email Notifications box. Notifications will go to the email designated under their user account in User Administration.
